That is Sky Shadow and he is from Transfromers Cybertron toyline. He is an Ultra which is a notch above Voyager because he is electronic and he is the evil Decepticon version of the heroic Autobot Jetfire.

Actually, he is Jetfire. As per the toy bio:

Growing weary of what he felt was a passive role as commander of the Earth-stationed Autobots, Jetfire decided to go undercover. He scoured the Axalon archives for a Decepticon identity to assume, and he deemed the treacherous Sky Shadow suitably ironic. The choice worked well, allowing him to quietly slip into the background of Decepticon life. Few Decepticons suspected "Sky Shadow"'s secret, as they were often too busy scrapping and plotting against each other to care about the silent new face in their midst. Meanwhile, "Sky Shadow" unobtrusively gathered data and formulated his plans to strike his unwitting enemies when victory would be assured.

No problem. I've been getting better at Identifying newer figures, but sometimes the G1/G2 stuff still eludes me.

Alot of G1 stuff past 1985 I'm not too familiar with, especially their remakes in the last decade, so I appreciate everyone's help.

I think that could possibly be Brave Earth Union Da-Gan X
