It doesn't sound like you want to keep him at all and just want the rest of us to give you permission to return him. If you don't like him and only really like decepticons, return him.

As for me, I really like Superion and think he's really good if you don't use the official transformation. Probably the best of the energon combiners IMHO. Before deciding to get the add on kit I did my own custom add ons and I think the look pretty decent. So you don't need a fans project kit to make him look good.

I don't think any store has the policy to allow after "couple of months" for returning.
For me the most playful thing about this figure is to mix and combine the superion with bruticus arms or the other ways around like the Energon storyline. Haven't said that, if you have the energon superion, it might be a risk if you keep it and could not return in time.

i don't really get it... why don't you keep him and then get bruticus? if you only collect decepticons then why did you get him in the first place?

Re: ROTF superion keep it or return it?

If you are having that much buyer's remorse about superion, then i say return it. If you aren't happy with it now then let it go. Just remember that in a few months if you suddenly have a change of heart, ebay prices are a lot more expensive
