That tip was given to me by another board member and I was less anxious once Canada Post told me it was showing up internally as being at Customs. The delay from Canada Customs was easily over a week and a half for my Laserwave.

Thanks a lot - I tried to call a few days ago, but kept getting referred to an automated system where I had to input my tracking number, followed by the voice telling me it was international and they couldn't help me.
This time, I called Canada Post and (eventually) got a representative that said it was showing up within customs on her side and that I should continue to be patient. If it doesn't show up after another couple weeks, she suggested I speak to NY and see what they can do.
Thanks again for the help! Hopefully this means it's not too far off of my doorstep.
