Received my Ark today. In the Hasbro shipping case, but no packing material to protect it. Thankfully it looks to have survived without any damage.

Just got a cancellation email about my tracks and scorponok.

No cancelation email yet for my preorder of Tracks and Wingfinger, they show as

Status: In Progress
Estimated Date of Arrival: July 27, 2021

I placed the order June 27th, and we are approaching Aug 27. I wonder if the system cancels orders if they are still "In Progress" 30 days after their estimated date of arrival?

Those who got the cancelation email today: what was your order date?

If it is 30 days I'll get my cancelled email on the 26th (July having 31 days)...

None of my Wave 3s have been cancelled yet. Have them in 3 orders, Tracks + Scorp, Rhinox on its own and Wingfinger + a Star Wars figure which has also been delayed almost a month.


I have them ordered elsewhere now so not a big deal, was just going to use them for trades/selling. Still hoping to get Rhinox and Lando though....

I did request a status via chat support a few days ago, I guess that caused the cancellation because of Walmart reasons.

They also called me and left a voicemail to call them back. My call went something like this:

me: ok I called you back walmart
WM: it was cancelled cause of no stock
me: I never requested you cancel it, why make me even call you back, I want the sale price
WM: were sorry, we will escalate the issue
me: ugh !!!!

Thanks. I was able to get an order in, and now Weirdwolf and Highbrow show out of stock. Guess we will see if they are real stock, or phantom stock. Or worse returns.

my WM Ark arrived yesterday, they did use air pouches to try and protect it but somehow the bottom of the Ark box got a little dinged and looking at the outside shipping case it looks like the damage was not from shipping so somebody at warehouse is a little iron fisted, but I don't care since I open them and it was all good inside.
