Deluxe Brawl loose shoulder track

Does anyone know how to tighten up movie deluxe Brawl's shoulder track ? My figure's right track is loose, and does not automorph correctly. When in robot mode, his track wants to fall down. Thanks for the help.

I have the same problem. I suspect that the teeth of the auto-morph cog got stripped allowing the track to fall back into a previous position. where there are still teeth.
only thing worse than loose joints is busted auto morph.
