G1 Warpath reissue issue
Anyone else have their G1 Warpath reissue bubble come off the card?
I bought 2 at the same time and both have popped right off. Gears seems fine.

Re: G1 Warpath reissue issue
The glue that Hasbro is using on carded figures these days is quite poor. Tends to give out after a while. That is why you'll see a lot of their offerings be taped to the card as well. Pre-tape, a lot of mainline TFs also suffer from the same problem circa 10-15 years ago.

Yep this a problem across almost all of Hasbro's lines. It really isn't noticable unless the toy is glued to a card, which seems to be the minority nowadays.

Re: G1 Warpath reissue issue
At least, if the bubble pops off, the card is cleaner than if you rip it off and rip the paper.
I've never been a MISB collector, but the odd backer card is fun to hang on to.

I've got all the mini-bot reissues hanging on the wall so I really hope this doesn't happen to me

Re: G1 Warpath reissue issue
Hasn't happened on my Warpath. Happened on my Gears figure though. Going to try and use crazy glue to put it back on.

I wouldn't recommend using crazy glue, when it cures it can create fumes that can fog clear plastic. I'd suggest using a glue stick applied to the bubble to reattach it

Ok thanks, I'll try that instead.
