Awesome work as Always.

It's incredible what a new face and articulation does for this figure.

Cheers!

I'm glad Perceptor has been perfected and thank you for sharing the images!!
thanks man. It's shocking on this custom because there isn't anything super complex, matter of fact the only real potential to add cost would have been the hip joints added.

Re: Masterpiece : Perceptor

Well it's not really Masterpiece, it's more of an upgrade of the toy from it's original G1 counterpart. Still nice mind you.

Holy smokes! Tough crowd here at Cybertron.ca!

If he wants to call it a masterpiece then it's his right as the artist.

I happen to agree with him. I think the "mp" term is much more a statement of "idealized" than any particular formula (new sculpt, certain complexity, scratchbuild etc.)

you could call the new bludgeon "masterpiece bludgeon" i know walky would.

Re: Masterpiece : Perceptor

Im with GMfan, its a great custom, but its not a Masterpiece. Its just updated. Id go with Gee Wunn 2010 or Gee Wunn articulated. That kinda sounds like a transformers tv show!

Re: Masterpiece : Perceptor

The man's a master. This piece proves it.

Ergo: masterpiece. In this context, it should be a tag applied to your work by someone else, but still.

Not "Masterpiece [tm] Perceptor," but a masterly piece of work all the same.
