ebay rarely responds to complaints,
unless there is a savage outcry.
its not that they do not care,
but it is because they get so many complaints,
that it is unfair to chastise a user
without any other justification.
consider how long it took to
remove bootleg dvds from ebay,
or knockoff transformers.
and they still manage to get listed.
