Had a look at this. Why the price tag? Does it transform itself? No, it does not transform at all.

Is it made out of solid platinum? No, not even complete diecast.

Will it change the baby? No.

I don't get it. Why is there a $1300.00 Prime statue?

I beleive he's 17 feet tall and has die cast and LEDs…how this equals 1K is beyond me.

Given that the Japanese price is 78,000yen, which is roughly $835. From what I can gather on the Artstorm Website it seems to be an exclusive to them. I'd wager that BBTS isn't making a HUGE profit on this.

It's still WAY too expensive though... 40,000yen seems far more reasonable for a 17inch toy like this.

ya i got the pre-order alert from BBTS also and checked it out.

other then the armour coming off in parts it looks like MP-01

read the description and then saw the price and almost chocked lol

I wonder how they will pay for all the engineering molds etc that when into this can see it being a big seller its not even a lucky draw piece and 1300.00...thats U.S. dollars so yeh even more canadian 800.00 bout tops hell he's not even metroplex or fortmax size still looks cool though
