the first one cost 2200.00 but had electronics (voice and eyes) and a highly detailed bridge... this will will cost less then half... much less...

Less than half? It better cost less then 1/8th that original price, especially if it's going to be mass produced.

People will because they want the figure
IIRC, Anemis auctioned the last one and knocked home big bucks, so people will buy it. Arguing the price of something that will get sold is just pointless. That's like if you went into future shop and said this laptop costs too much, you should lower the price. In the meantime, people are scooping them up.

Do you understand the concept of supply and demand? He's only making more because people requested it, which proves the demand is already there. So now he is making a product to fill a demand he already has. And I guarantee these ones will move quickly, after which people will bother him again for more. His price is irrelevant, this is an expensive hobby so people obviously have cash to throw around.
