overall i was disappointed with the quality of soundwave when i opened him. very plasticcy feeling, his finger even popped off when opening his hand, but at least it went back on

You should be able to find this guy in stores for an exchange. I don't think he will shelfwarm, but it looks like there is decent stock.

And where do you live? I know the GTA is bare with no MP SW's to be seen. He is merely a whisper and rumour in Toronto. lol

As mentioned, contact Hasbro (can't hurt). However, don't expect help. The item is exclusive to TRU and therefore Hasbro will claim to not have stock in order to replace items. I've contacted them in the past for items that were exclusive to TRU and they won't do a thing.

I think u should do the opposite, keep an extra just in case if something goes wrong with the one u have. That's what I am going to do... I guess I have to play with one of them I got tonight just to see if there is any QC issue. As I always transform my opened TF once or twice before I display them anyways.

Ah, true. I'd contact TRU as well. Again, couldn't hurt, but probably won't help.

MY Buzzsaw is ok, it's my Laserbeak thats got one fin that won't go up, and now slightly bent from my first attempt to transform. I would've prefered Buzzsaw be the QC prob over Laserbeak.

My fingers fell off the first time I opened Soundwave's hand, but all my little guys seem fine. Probably not gonna risk a transformation on the big guy, ever haha.
