Anyone have tight legs on Mercenary?

One of the legs on my Fans Toys Mercenary would slide up fine but it wouldn't move on the hinge inside to complete the leg transformation. I actually had to take the whole leg apart and use a lot of force to get the hinge to move, then it loosened up a bit but it's still pretty tight. I was able to get it transformed after about an hour. Anyone else experience this? This is the second time I've had to take apart a Fans Toys figure, Soar's chest wouldn't close because it was catching on an exposed screw on its back.

Mine was tight the first time. Had to use a lot of force. And make sure the top piece is out if the way. But it loosened up and it certainly didn't need to be taken apart.

No issue. No excessive force needed.
