Recent Hasbro Pulse Transformers Fanstream Reveals

I don't seem to see a thread for this at all. Are people interested/excited for the recent reveals:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Qv8...&index=50&t=8s

-Leader Armada Megatron

-Voyager Nemesis Leo Prime

-Voyager Dirge

-Deluxe Beachcomber

-Deluxe Devcon

-Deluxe Axelgrease

-Core Scarr

-Core Swoop

-Nemesis reveal

Personally I am most intereted in Axelgrease and Beachcomber. Maybe Devcon. I was fortunate enough to get Dirge in the 2 pack, otherwise I would be trying to get him too.

Preorders have started to popup and some of the smaller retailers TFtoys, Toysnowman and Toy Crusaders.

Beachcomber is wait n see. The potp version serves me fine and a newer larger one is all good...on clearance. Devcon is a deepcut from the Gambler, but yeah like it. Dirge is great but I already got the 2 pack. The Nemesis is a must buy to complement my Ark. The Armada stuff not my cup of tea, but it looks good for those fans. Nothing else interested me...except upcoming Brawn. The ROTB I'm not excited for...at least until I've actually seen the movie. And yeah, where are the gamestop, walmart, amazon preorders?

Got all the deluxes on preorder. Might get the Armada Meg when it goes on sale.

Really impressed with what they did with that Blur mold for Devon. Beachcomber comes with a bird 10/10 no notes. Axelgrease just looks rad.

Re: Recent Hasbro Pulse Transformers Fanstream Reveals

more core dinos yes
all new deluxes yes
prob yes to black (amber?) leo, looks cool but need to get Evo LP first I guess
pass on Dirge, as above I secured the ER coneheads 2pk already
Armada Megs & OP, I admit I was never an armada fan but these figs look really cool - plus of the only 3 armada figs I ever bought, one was bendy prime, so at least Evo Armada OP is a desired update for me (and it’s not like CW Armada Megs was ever anything other than a half-assed mold re-use; this one appears to be a genuine new-mold effort to faithfully redo him, which I can respect)
And nemesis, ya I prob will pick it up to complement the Ark, but I got to say it looks really gangly in bot mode, and I’m not super hot on it - so as usual I’ll be trying to catch it on discount (ha)

Re: Recent Hasbro Pulse Transformers Fanstream Reveals

Just Devcon and Titan Nemesis for me, but it's not a bad reveal, lots for many.

Beachcomber is a bit of a disappointment as he only offers a bit more articulation over POTP, a gun and a bird, while POTP had the functionality of seating a headmaster (or such) and a gun was easily obtained. He's not bad looking, but I don't see any point in replacing my POTP with it, but for those that are missing him, it's an ok replacement. I took my POTP out and next to Netflix BB it's almost the same size, so I would expect this new one to barely be any bigger.

If they had simply taken the POTP one, increased the size to make him a two-seater (still for Headmasters), added the missing articulation (ankle tilt, waist and wrist rotation) and gave him a gun, then he'd be a much better figure and would be worth replacing the old one, but as it is, not at all for me.

Just Beachcomber and Devcon for me. Wallet safe.

All the figures look neat but not really into the fan fiction retool/repaint original characters. Nemesis alt mode looks good but the bot mode looks terrible to me.

I'm going to be sticking with my RotF Beachcomber. Devcon looks like an accurate representation of his on-screen model, but unfortunately that model was designed by Floro Dery without a toy or Shōhei Kohara design to crib from so it looks like crap. Really makes me wish that they'd gotten around to the character back when the Generations lines was still being creative with its designs instead of slavishly re-creating the on-screen looks.

I miss that time...

Anyway, for me:

*Devcon rules. Alt mode is goofy, but I love one-off characters. And he's a bounty hunter. Great look.
*purple junkion hot rod is badass, love her.
*Beachcomber looks... obviously he's bigger than the POTP BC, but he doesn't pop for me. Still - bird friend!
*Nemesis Emo Prime is cool, maybe, prob not just because it doesn't fit anywhere for me
*Dirge yes because I love the coneheads
*Armada Megatron - looks great; I think I will wait for the inevitable Galvatron repaint. Love that deco.
*Core dinobots - YUP
*Commander Armada Prime - looks great, not part of my themes
*Titan Class Nemesis holy shiiiiiiit she looks amazing....

Maybe Dirge? Was never big on the Coneheads somehow, and the whole kerfuffle with them during Earthrise made me ignore them entirely.

The rest feel like impulse buys on sale if anything. Cool that Armada Prime and Megs are so well done though.

Kinda lackluster if you ask me, was expecting bombshell. Wasn't he suppose to be coming out this year according to leaks? Or is he wave 4. For me its

Beachcomber, devcon, the female junkion. Is it for me, which is great. Save dollars. I wanna see the finished nemesis, if it ends up really good, I will grab it. Then an ark lololol.

Kinda bummed they didn't have ss86 brawn, frenzy and ratchet already good to be shown.
