My recommendation would be to wait, but definitely try to get one. The Unicron mold is nice and fun if you have lots of minicons.

Ya, I agree, I would be keeping in robot mode. I think it would be nice to have giant bot on display that isn't a gesalt or MP. I'd be happy if TRU dropped the price to $30. At under $20 I'd buy 5 and customize them into a combiner... if I knew how to do that and had $$$.

Hahaha... he would have two combiner modes, one as a robot, and second as a big orange snowman.

Unicron is worth $65, he's a great figure. That being said, there's no real reason to buy him at $50 even. TRU has a ton and they'll drop in price even more to clear 'em out.

Don't need him, already got the Armada and the repaint Energon version, both are sweet.
But just curious about the paint and color, is there any difference between the universe and the armada version?

He never came out in Qc Pascal, I've been keeping a close eye out for one and have not come accross any. I don't have any version of this one and I want one. I'd pay $50 if he were available here at that price. As it stands, I'll wait till he's $20 and ask a friendly cybertronnian.ca to ship him to me, it might still come out to less than $50.

There isn't any. The Universe Unicron figures is the same as the Armada, no repaints or improvements.
