Feet on both my g1 and g2 slag are gold, although the g2 ones are a very silvery gold...whereas the g1 is very gold.

canadian slag variant, i had one last year, it was a friend's childhood toy, no swapping at all, there is that one, the red/black, red/white, and black/black (regular release) miasboytoy can also confirm this, as i asked last year about the same thing

so I take it that I am lucky that I didn't sell it for $15 at TFCON, lol. What is the Canadian Slag variant going for and how rare is this version...I have never seen one like it before.

I guess I should probably be posting pictures instead of saying this, but the one I have came from Greece, or at least somewhere in Europe where my Grandma picked it up when I like 3 or whatever. It's green G2 with like, really silver feet, and I always remember them being that way.

Looks like there's more variants of these Dinobots than I thought.

Any help would be appreciated.
It's normal G1 Slag, just that the molds sometimes had the Diaclone date stamps on them, there is like 5 different variations of G1 Blaster that have similar cues of date stamps.

Also the Canadian Slag had a red face and white legs, the Diaclone Toraiser (Slag) was blue.

Re: Post in this thread for help to identify a Transformers toy

So I got these for a great price at TFCon........free at closing on Sunday.

At first I wrote them off as high'ish quality KO's. I did a bit of internet searching and can't locate them what so-ever. Autobot Combaticons seem to not exist, fancy that lol.

The only thing that leaves a lingering doubt in my mind is that they actually have Hasbro/Takara date stamps on them, year 2001. Most of the KO's I've seem don't have those markings.

So I put it to the experts, are these anything "real" or are they give aways for some kids at the Central Canada Comic Con?

It could be the G2 Combaticons, but more likely the RID combaticons with someone placing those stickers on them.

Worse case scenario it is a high quality KO created from the original molds. I would guess that most likely.

Could I see Vortex?

If I had Vortex I only have the three pictured. They are not G2 as thats the first guys aI googled, and the decals strike me as very nice looking for someone to have applied them themselves.

They are most definitely R.I.D. Combaticons that someone has placed their own stickers on.
