Re: Outrun Collectibles - No longer in business

Yup fuck this guy. His only flaw was no business plan and no idea what he was doing. Fuck anyone that defended him in this specific thread because “he’s a good dude”. Fuck that and fuck this dude and his sorry excuses.

Chris is nowhere near NMC's level of disrespectful customer service (insults and belittling clients, constantly finding bureaucratic ways to postpone/solve the issues with always submitting "tickets")
For context this is the bullshit defending I was speaking of.

Please note the same person defending him in July was asking how do we raise a class action suit in previous page.

agree. GameStop, Pulse, WalMart all allow me to pre-order without paying. A3U does it as well. I definitelya ppreciate how much harder it is for small etailers, but I simply won't preorder if I have to pay up front.

Really depends on the total amount, gotta be at least $5k in total to be worth it maybe.
If he's filing for bankruptcy he will be protected from lawsuits. You can make a claim toward the bankruptcy and wait in line for some money back but its not a guarantee.

I imagine this is a mismanagement of funds. Taking preorders up front means you have the cash to pay the distributors but it appears he may of been paying himself first (hey people need to live) but that can be a slippery slope.

Agreed fuck this guy. Worked hard for my money and dude swindle us for pay first preorders. Amazon, gamestop and walmart gets my preorders now. No more taking chances on small businesses

Re: Outrun Collectibles - No longer in business

Well not sure it will do any good but filed a claim with PP since my latest PO was within the 180 day time frame but wouldn't hear about it until the 29th and not holding out much hope since PP f@cked me over on a claim with the Comicorner for roughly same amount. Regardless of how good TSM has been said to be, no more prepaid PO's for me

This guy obviously has stick and isn't sending us out our orders. Ordered almost $300 worth of stuff from him and it was all released months ago. To hell with him I say

Re: Outrun Collectibles - No longer in business

Just realized I had another PO so had to file second claim. This is such BS. I should have filed back when he first start having his "issues"
