have you successfully transformed mp-09 into car/convoy mode?

tonight i finally did it. i tried twice before and gave up due to time constraint/frustration.

i couldnt get him dead flat in car mode, but it was PRETTY CLOSE. i blame a wonky joint in one of his feet for throwing the whole thing off.

he fits fine into the space winnebago though and looks pretty fucking great like this... this pretty much cements me getting the hasbro version so i may have one displayed like this and one as hot rod.

I did it a couple of times now, the first few times I followed Peaugh's video, also the part that is breaking/loose on most peoples the flaps on the legs seem to be very tight on mine, I'm very pleased minus my goggles not staying up. And if Hasbro does release this I will also be getting another just to put him in car mode next to my space Winnebago.

I have had absolutely no problems whatsoever with mine. I love this guy so much but I will only pick up the North American release if he comes with the alleged Targetmaster.

yeah, peaughs video is SUPER helpful. my biggest problem was the tab/slot on the shin/thigh not lining up very well for me... after some fiddling and scary pushing or whatever it locked into place pretty good. that and the tab/slot when you're tucking the arms in arent REALLY doing their thing properly for me.

Yeah I think Peaughs video helped a lot. It let's you know where to be careful, when you can used force and how to apply that force. I haven't been able to get the transformation perfect yet but it's close.

I took about 1/2 hour the first time I did it and it was close but not perfect...this weekend I tried again and everything went beautifully.

Seems that what others are saying is true, this figure needs one or two transforms before everything 'seats in'.

And yeah, I'm lovin' it!
