I always have been a huge TNG fan not as mutch as an TOS ( Star Trek fan will know what this means :P )
But im really pumped for this movie, almost as much as the new TF Movie
/ducks for covers

I'm a Star Trek fan, and I'll definitely see this movie. In my opinion, they really messed up the last one. If they hadn't, maybe the series would have had more life than it currently does.
That and Enterprise...I dunno...I got tired of the time travel story-arc...time travel is good for an episode or two, but after 2 seasons of it you get tired.

I, too, am a fan of Star Trek. But I'm not that excited about this movie. I'll give it a chance. But I suspect their attempts to appeal to a wider audience will result in pandering and weaker storytelling.

I agree. I'm also a big Star Trek fan, and think this movie will kill all the good things Star Trek has done and just become a space war series. I'll give it a chance, and hope for the best, but I have my doubts.
