Contact them....I had the same issue with my Alternate Universe Optimus Prime and as soon as I called they sent out a new order.....got the original too as a bonus so had a few free Dead Prime's.

My Kingdom Cheetor was supposed to be delivered today. Shipped from New Jersey Wednesday. Arrived and sucked into the pit known as Halton Hills Thursday. Still there today. Not out for delivery.
Kingdom Primal was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. They shipped it Thursday (!!!) from Calgary. Now it’s supposed to be delivered next Wednesday. No idea where it currently is. This is a replacement Primal which was lost at Halton Hills on the 16th.

Anyone get Two of the Barricade/Punch Sets from Amazon.com recently? How much was the shipping cost for Two sets, and what is the better lower cost rate that should be requested?
Mine were charged and shipped 3 days ago. I have a POBOX, what method do they use in Canada for Amazon.com, only couriers?

They'll use a courier or their internal service to the border and then they'll hand it off to Canada Post.
