Got my Hardhead price adjusted, but didn't even think of price adjusting Sentinel and Galvs 'cause their pricing seemed discounted already. Gave in and ordered Blaster and Eject. I've so epically failed my 'skipping the titan master' pledge i made last winter. I'm out of shelf space Hasbro!

just call their regular toll free number, 1-800-toys-rus I think it is.

The challenge is the item wasn't showing up properly in their system, and the website doesn't show it I just advised them about the flyer and shortly after that they were able to process it. Sounds like they been getting calls all day so shouldn't take them very long by now.

I think the number is 1-800-TOYS-R-US and you just tell them your order number, email address, name and that you want a price adjustment of 25% off of the order you placed last week and that you know these are pre-orders due out in mid-August. That's about it, she was really helpful and knew what she was doing so that helped.

Thanks for the advice on the number guys. I might opt to send an email so I have it in writing if there is an issue later...what did you tell them exactly to be successful and which email did u send it to? I just have two Galvis and two Wheelies so hopefully they will be kind!!! Sale on until the 21st of July!

Just got an email from toysrus.ca customer service. They said my order does qualify for a price adjustment. Looks like I am getting refunded $13.06 once my order does ship. So far so good.

They didn't mention anything about the $49 threshold though so I don't know if I now have to pay shipping. Either way in the end I'm saving some money.

That's the link for price matching an online order. It's pretty straightforward - just put in the item (copy and paste from your preorder receipt), and put in the price it should be and mention the current sale. That's all there is to it!
