looking to rent a shop.....

i'm looking to rent a work space. some place where i can work with spray paint (so open space with ventilation) and able to work with noise at late hours. Also need a bathroom.

I need the space to work on projects and tune my car.

If anyone know where i can find such space in the GTA area, please post.
