I called mastercard/bmo today to try to open a dispute and they are saying I need to have an exact service/product delivery date (which the pre-order confirmations don't really have...). Alternative is e-mail and proof that the company has gone out of business - which I didn't even get an email for...

welp i filed my credit card claim. They said no guarantees but fingers crossed just like everyone else

KOHO isn't letting me file a claim because it's been over 90 days since the transaction. It wasn't even that much longer than 90 days, but I let the guy stall long enough that I was outside the window because I'm stupid.



Should've known something was up when he had a big 20% off sale the week before announcing he was closing up shop, butt I'm stupid.

It's funny now to read the comments from the first 10 pages or so and how people were quite satisfied and supportive... I'm also surprised people really believed that health problem excuse. The guy was clearly trying to buy some time.

I dont know what's so funny. The first few orders I had with Chris were a very pleasant experience. I had no reason to doubt him or to believe he wouldn't bounce back. Hindsight is 20/20 so I'm sure it's easy to criticize now.
