Preview Wave "officially" released tomorrow?

Hey everyone,

I know that this may have been covered to the 100th degree but after some searching I can't seem to find a definitive answer...

Is tomorrow (May 15th) the beginning of the release dates for the preview figures?

We all know that they have seemed to be popping up misc. around Ontario for the past little while, but nothing really official yet.

I've been checking my local London Wal Marts for about 2 weeks for the possibility of an early release, like in Toronto and Hamilton area, but with no luck.

The Toys R Us website has their countdown for Thursday, May 28th http://www.toysrus.ca/shop/index.jsp?categoryId=2844857.

But if you click on the Preview Bumblebee figure it says; "Release Date: Buy now for shipping by 05/15/2009." http://www.toysrus.ca/product/index....=PAD/Character

Just wasn't sure if Wal Mart and Toys R Us were releasing the preview/first wave tomorrow or again if it's just speculation and the 30th is the real release date.

I visited the Whiteoals Wal-Mart on Tuesday and ran into one of the Hasbro reps putting out the Legend wave 5 figures. He told me that the 15th was the release date for the preview figures and that the 30th was the full line launch.

As far as I know, the Bumblebee and Soundwave "preview" figures should be available everywhere (TRU, Walmart, Zellers, etc) on the 15th (tomorrow).

Confirmed, the date for the preview figs is the 15th.

I was chatting it up with a fellow Transfan, who happens to work at TRU, and I asked him about when the Movie preview figs would be out on the pegs. He said the boxes has something like a do not open until May 15th 2009 statement on them. And he can't wait to buy Preview Soundwave!

Anyways, pitty I'm working that day. Oh well, I'll just have to hit my TRU on the way home, and maybe Walmart to.

Really? Hell, I saw them (Bumblebee and Soundwave) at the Ancaster Walmart last week, and thought nothing of it, as the distribution there is usually balls.

Yeah there are only the two preview figures and as for most of us finding them at wal-mart early that's usually the case as they don't care about street dates.
