Soundwave
Ravage

That's it for me, might pick some other figures up later during a sale but for now I don't intend to get any other ones as I'm just not interested.

Voyager will only get devastator parts, maybe starscream, but not ironhide for sure. I don't see Ironhide as a must get figure since the one from the first movie looks more bad ass.
Deluxe, except Bumblebee, get most of the rest that will be in the movie.

Probably will get Bumblebee with Sam set.
I've got Movie 1 Ironhide, and yes, he's more bad ass. But the only reason I'm getting Movie 2 is for his BFGs. And I doubt anyone will sell just the guns, so I'll just transplant Movie 2 guns with Movie 1, and volia! More movie accurate Ironhide!

Well in my eyes.
And I'm waiting until he's on sale/clearance before I get him. And the "other" bot can be used for spare parts.

Re: What ROTF figures are you planning to pick up?

I have a hard time understanding why the 80's kids are into this TFM crap?! To me, it looks like a bunch of random parts put together, in robot mode of course. Which I think it looks horrible!!! YUCK!

But to answer your question, I will not drop my money on any of these TFM toys!

Re: What ROTF figures are you planning to pick up?

The only one I want for sure is Ratchet, and that's cause I kept pushing back on him with the first movie.

If Prime and Megatron Leaders go on sale, I'll grab them.

The rest I will have to judge on what I see when they are in stores, and even then, I would wait for the specials.

My issue with the movie toys is that they don't look good next to each other once you've seen the movie... Sizes are all wrong. The difference with Universe or Animated is that, in most cases, they all look great posed together.
