It already made a huge difference just on regular orders alone. People have been cancelling preorders and reordering to get the free shipping. BAM $30US saved right off the top.
Then they had the recent sale as well. I managed to snag a Nerf Halo Needler for $75US plus taxes. WIth exchange and CC fees it came out to just under $120Cdn. That is about the lowest I ever saw it up here (before tax) so I was happy to be able to get one. Especially since it was sold out pretty much everywhere.
Going forward it will be a big difference maker for Pulse exclusives and smaller orders where we don't have to worry about shipping as much, if at all, anymore. I mean even the $6.99US for orders under $75US is a pretty good deal considering how much shipping costs, even up here, for small items. I remember I looked into the cost of shipping a deluxe figure (in box) from Ottawa to Toronto and the cheapest rate came out to just over $22Cdn!!
