I never got the original Mk.3. I started buying Hot Toys in June 2012; and I basically had bought 4 of them (Mk.2 AU, Mk.5, Mk.6 and War Machine) within 3 weeks of deciding to collect them. I remember seeing initial pics of the Mk.3 when it was released, and it looked amazing, but definitely dated by today's standards.

Yeah, Kento can't be shipped fast enough. I'm not holding my breath for the Warlords, but my sentiment is "all or nothing".
I'd rather get none of them than just one or two of them.
Funnily, my wife is the biggest Ronin Warriors fan that I know of. Back when I was still preordering Inferno and Rowen, she's even offered to pay for the figures themselves...
Though right now, she's desperately wanting to know if Bandai would eventually make a Kayura figure.
