When I had issues a few months ago I had to go through 3 different CSRs to get help, for something simple as well, and the last rep who was actually nice, skilled and knew what she was doing told me there is a way to register serious complaints.
For anyone who had issues with this set, maybe get a collective letter published on here and all send it to that email. I dont remember it exactly, its something like
Jeff@amazon....but if someone can call and confirm it and we put up a collective letter and we all send it individually to that email, it apparently goes to their leadership team above the rest of the management structure.
Anyone willing to do the letter? Anyone willing to call them and confirm the email address?
