I'm kind of afraid to open mine now. I can't believe a figure that costs this much is so fragile (cheap would be a better word). Takara better get their shit together because, lately, none of their releases have been stellar quality wise (the ones I thinking of that were not that great that I bought were God Ginrai, MP Sunstreaker, and Dinobot).

3rd party on the other hand has been killing it for the most part (better quality plastics and tolerances versus Takara's). I hope MP-44 is worth it...

My second one should be at the post office waiting. I was going to keep one MISB but am now thinking may be I should open both just to check.

I did opened one last night but haven’t really take it out and mess with it. It does come with a supplementary instruction sheet so there are definitely something missing from the original instructions.

Not many accessories to start with (not that is a surprise anyway) but I like them both, esp. the toothbrush LOL. See if I have a chance to transform it later today...

You should have got it directly from Japan (Amazon Japan, AmiAmi, etc.) Get it faster and much cheaper!

More cases of broken pelvises are reported every day on the TFW boards. And people are going back to theirs to inspect and finding hairlines and small breaks. After the dozen of reports in the exact same area I would definitely not call these isolated cases anymore. Looks more and more like a common issue.

If it's this frequent, I wonder if Takara will take action to fix it (or compensate for it)?

They probably wont. There have been other problems in the past and they didnt do anything. They did recall Encore God Fire Convoy though.

The thing to do if one's toy is broken is to simply contact the vendor. Most of us went with Amazon Japan and they will give you a refund on both the product and the shipping it costs you to send it back to them.
