Yeah, I'm a little late to that party. Nobody has been active on that group in some time. That being said I know a lot of the force behind it came from a local store, Giant Robot comics. They still do toy trade nights occasionally and I talked to the owner at an event recently.

I also got my hopes up at another store when I spied Metroplex. The women at the shop thought it was for sale but I saw the owner later on and it was the last one that he was keeping.

Not sure if your near any Bargain Shop's but they sometimes have a few pegs of TF's there. The one in my town has only BH deluxes available right now though. You might want to check them out if one is close by & BH stuff is in your interest. Then again seem's pointless to pay $17 for a BH deluxe @ Bargain Shop when their on @ Walmart still for $5. Anyway hope this helps you out.

Last Christmas SHoppers Drug Mart carried Kreons as well. They then blew the left overs all out in January for $50 off.

Oddly enough I have found quite a few deals in Giant Tiger but they are rare when they have them

I did think of Giant Tiger. That falls sort of in the same category as Bargain Shop/ Giant. The stores where time leaves toys behind. Maybe I'll stop at the one on the way home next month..

I picked up most of Transformers Generations (Warpath, Thundercracker, Scourge, etc.) from Winners last-last Christmas for like $7.99 each. This past year they had a couple of things but mostly large Kreon sets.
