Agreed, even I don't do cosplay, I understand the attitude and love. Just like we collecting transformers, which might look quite silly for other adults.

I strongly believe everyone should do whatever makes them happy. If they like collecting this, or that, or watching this, or cosplaying, etc, they shouldn't allow outsiders to put them down. Be proud of what you collect and do. There needs to be pride in everything you do in life. You are living for you, not them. And if they don't like it, too bad for them, don't affect me any.

Whoa, sure people can dress however they like, but people can criticize whatever they like to. Also, if you are just doing it to please yourself and not to be seen by others, then why are you taking it out of the house? Of course you are doing it to be seen!

So some may like and others scoff, but both are opinions and both are entitled.

I can see both sides of the spectrum of this arguement. But for those who've seen me, as much as I want to cosplay as Batman, I'm a much better fit for Nightwing or Tim Drake's Robin.
