Re: fansproject bruticus pricing

The set of FP guys with the parts seems to average $150 or so for the pair. ROTF sets are expensive, maybe another $100? You can save a fair chunk by picking up the less used ROTF limbs and an Energon Barricade.

If I were shopping, I'd be looking for $250 with the ROTF set, $200 with Energon/ROTF mixed.

It really depends....condition, boxed, which limbs you are offering with it, which FP xfire version you are offering...

It is an awesome set. FP Bruticus remains one of my favorite figures in my collection. And I paid at least $200 for him with an Energon Barricade probably 2-3 years ago.

I agree, still one of my favourite combiners these days. I got mine thru a trade for some MPs.

Unless the prices have dropped significantly in recent years with the Asian reissue of the Bruticus Maximus core set and 3rd party offering(s), I thought that the ROTF set was commanding around $200...even more on eBay. I paid $65 for each of my FansProject limbs MISB at a local show about 4 years ago. Mind you, I believe that was the first production run of the FansProject add-on limbs before they released the repaints and possible reissues of the first production colour scheme (not sure if the latter ever happened).

Re: fansproject bruticus pricing

You can get the add-on from Chimungmung for $140.
And find energon set is easy, not too high. I think I saw $50 full set recently in sell forum.
So if you like it, keep it. But otherwise I think the price is actually dropping, both here and in Asia.
