Re: Problems with Crossfire bruticus!

Had a similar situation with mine, just use something to push the metal pin out a little, then pull STRAIT out with small pliers, flip the panel, tap the pin back in and voilĂ* no more problems and your kick a$& bruticus is good to go.

And I had the same worries about messing with it but FP uses good quality material, take your time and you'll be fine.

I just fixed it! The flaps are a little loose on this pod, but otherwise fine. Thanks for all the help guys!

Re: Problems with Crossfire bruticus!

Are you sure you weren't just using the wrong side as both pods do look the same

Re: Problems with Crossfire bruticus!

Here's a trick for pulling the pins-(next time?)-boil some water and pour it over the part before you pull the pin. This will reduce stretching the plastic when you pull it...also, do the same trick of pouring hot water before you replace the pin.

You will want to ensure screws are removed to prevent rust.

Re: Problems with Crossfire bruticus!

Ok I am sure you have the Misslpod / Connector upside down as the Purple part with the Chrome circles is supposed to be facing towards the fist and not the head I had is backwards myself on Exlporer then I looked at the Pictures on the Instruction booklet and that is how they have it on there with the Purple side down towards the fist.
