I like the look but confused with the whole name change or how he is back. As for the toy we shall see but like the movies I don't expect much

To be fair, I think Megatron in movie 1, 2 and 3 have arm cannon.

As far as the name change back to Megatron goes, I assume after the events of AoE he decided he didn't want to stick to the name a marketing department full of puny humans gave him when they thought he'd be some Sparkless drone weapon they could sell.
