This redeco of Studio Series Kup was recently found at a Toys”R”Us in Taiwan (Together with a redeco of Earthrise Cliffjumper and the new Studio Series Unmasked B-127). He's supposed to look old but it's more sad. But what a way to milk a mold. Let's colour the front windshield and resell it. Why not just release this version from the getgo if animation accuracy is paramount in SS86. Gonna pass this one. Same with blue window cliffy. My money is precious. On the other hand if you somehow missed these the first time, then here is your chance. And why are these in the Buzzworthy line? What do they have to do with Bumblebee?

Holy crap. I ended up liking ss86 kup quite a bit in-hand, but this is... Perfect.

Would have been cool if the rest of the WFC figures had this more animated style, but as it is, it stands out too much from the rest of the line. And if Hasbro thinks they're gonna get me to re-purchase the whole set because they reissue them with cartoony styling, they can f#@& right off.

Yes but they did that with seige Megatron so many times. I bought siege and cell animation and earthrise before I called it quits. As long as we show a propensity to double, triple heck quadruple dip, they will continue. But I do appreciate that if one missed the figure first time out you get a second chance but I remember these being widely available so these redecos are perplexing, like what about the coneheads?
