If you preorder now, that's the price you should be charged when the order ships, regardless of what price it is in March. At least, that's been my experience with EB/GameStop pre-orders. I once ordered a Marvel Legends figure that was mis-priced about $20 off, and they honoured the lower price, even though it had been subsequently corrected on the site. Of course, there are no guarantees, but you can always return it if you're not happy.

I believe it's at the new price already. The last batch of Deluxe preorders went from $32.99 to $34.99. Guard, here, is $36.99. Considering the April 1st release, they likely gave him the increased price right off the bat to save headaches and complaints in the future.

Just got back from my local GameStop.

I was picking up a couple things and decided to ask about Black Zarak since he was supposed to be out already (yeah right).

The manager was able to confirm that it is in their warehouse with a supposed Monday release. Doesn't mean it will actually release Monday, or even next week, but at least it is in Canada waiting to ship out.

One of the few times I am glad I paid in advance for something. Once I get the call I just go pick him up. Also I managed to snag a Black Rorichi from Toy Snowman during their Black Friday sale.

Be a couple weeks yet for me. Newfoundland is usually last on the list. I usually get my pre-orders about two weeks after the release date when I pre-order in store.

Agreed, that price should be locked in as soon as you place the preorder.

Woohoo got charged for black Zarak. lol since it pre ordered back in march/april i had totally forgot. And because there was a bit of a snafoo with my card (renewal). I had to call the office and straighten it out. Once everything was good she said it ships next week. Can't wait.
