Re: TF CON reviews, reports,picture links etc.
*waves* I'm slow (and new....and tend to lurk a lot) XD;
This was my first TFcon, and I totally had a blast!
And while I was at it, I signed up for the customs class, cuz I've never participated in one. Very interesting. I'm not very good with paint, but I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The staff was nice - although none of them seemed to know or have solid info on the art show, but that was okay. I got my piece in - and a pleasant surprise to follow (I seem to be the only one surprised because none of my friends were shocked in the least.... um... okay)
And I got to chill with Derrick Wyatt - which was great! He drew me something on a placemat - only after I put a stupid sketch on it first.
I found the people in general to be very nice and polite. Also not rudely grabbing at the plush in my hands was a bonus (yes, this irritates me -- as would you go around just grabbing someone's purse, wallet, or child? No? Okay then! .... Er, I've been to shows & conventions where people just rudely grab at things that aren't theirs. So it was nice to not have to swat people).
Oh, I took some pics & put them here if you like :3

And I just want to say thanks to everyone for giving me an awesome experience! I hope to be able to make it out there again in the future. Thank you!

Oooh, your the dealers that sold out of those Sunstreaker plushies. Maah, some girl came up to me while I was cosplaying him to tell me that lol.
It was my first too. lol. I'll be there all weekend but I don't know if I'll buy a ticket for the whole weekend. Maybe just Saturday.

Re: TFCON reviews, reports,picture links etc.
Took a random picture of the above. Have no idea who the guy on the right is. Definately have an idea as to who's on the left.
Also, got this bad boy back from the framing shop:

Re: TFCON reviews, reports,picture links etc.
That is a great idea for the framing. I might have to borrow that in the future.

Re: TFCON reviews, reports,picture links etc.
Yeah, I've also got this: From the same company. Paid 150+ on each frame. You get what you pay for. Matte, glare resistant glass, the works. Got the above at the Calgary Comic Expo. Signature by Stan Lee himself.
