Okay, I've read several places on here now where people have been at a store and seen someone walking out with every HA Mudflap on the shelf, or someone went to a TRU just an hour after a report of a new case of Animated Arcee's only to find them gone. I get kinda cheesed just reading that type of thing then went to a comic store on the weekend and saw HA Mudflap for $59.99!!!
So I am declaring today to be
Stick It To Scalpers Day.
I'd already planned to throw the kids in the van and tour a bunch of stores today, then the thought hit me. If I run into any HA Barricades or Mudflaps, or Animated Arcee's, I'm going to scoop a bunch and resell here AT COST. I'm going to keep to those 3 figures because that seems to be what several people seem to be looking for right now. If you are looking for something else spicifically let me know before I head out at 10am and I'll keep an eye out.
Later this evening when the kids are down I'll update this thread with what I was able to find and then it is first come first serve. Again, I ain't looking to make any profit. Just want to help out fellow collectors who get as frustrated as I do. Hunting for a hard to find figure is fun, but when scalpers get involved and jack the prices it kind of takes a lot of the fun out of it for me.
I can ship to anywhere, again for cost of postage only. Also, I'm going to TFCon, so if you have the patience for delayed gratification, I can deliver there for free.
Later that day: here is what I got so far that is not already spoken for. I may have another outing this weekend; I'll update the list if anything good comes of it. All prices are what I paid for the item including tax, and therefore what you will pay.
