Purple missile is Cybertron Starscream, yellow one is Cybertron Snarl. Not sure about the blue gun!

Ya, as Otis said it's Ultra Magnus from the myclone line, which were all blind packed so it was random which character you'd get. Others include Arcee, Optimus, Optimus in truck mode (different from the rest), Megatron, Galvatron, the Seekers, Rodimus, Wreckgar, Ramjet, Thrust, BB, Grimlock and more but those are off top of my head.

Parts are also interchangable between the characters, the arms, heads, legs, and chest mostly. Nice little cute articulated version of these guys. I went nuts trying to get a Magnus for a while.

The blue leg is from "Sonic attack Jet" one of Beast Machines Jetstorms drones.
