Re: Thoughts on shipped items

For those of you who had to go through the claim process with Canada post what was it like. Are they pretty good most of the times reimbusing the full amount?

Re: Thoughts on shipped items

I’ve only ever had to deal with this a billion years ago in an eBay auction, but at the time (and I don’t believe it’s changed) eBay’s policy was “goods are the responsibility of the seller up until they reach the destination”

It was a hassle dealing with it, I was younger & stupid

They are garbage. You can provide evidence of how you packaged it, and how it arrived and they will reply that it should have been packed better. Not just one layer of styrofoam and lots of bubble - you need at least triple AND IT'S STILL your fault it arrived damaged.

I still ship, but not with Ebay.

Just for context guys, Yonoid is a diligent, responsible and competent seller who packages well, is super organized with receipts and takes great care in shipping. Sometimes things just go sideways with shipping via the carrier unfortunately

Absolutely I've done deals with Yonoid both ways. Total great person to deal with.
