I...don't understand why it's worth so much. It's kind of a sucky figure. There are tons of way better leader figures out there. I only want it as an add-on to my OP that just happens to transform into a big badass jet. :P

Why don't you just get this then? It looks just as nice, doesn't transform.. but it's only 60$ so a good alternative in the meanwhile until you can find a cheap enough Jetfire.

It's a good option but I'd rather just wait for a Jetfire and save the $60 since I don't want it that badly. I waited this long already, what's another couple years?

I am looking to get this add-on, but I have not seen it for $60...the TFsource and BBTS preorders that just popped up are for about $85 and those are "sale" prices from a regular $90+.

I think both prices are ridiculously out to lunch...

I would think a leader ROTF can be had loose for 30-40 bucks..

That fanswantit upgrade looks 10X better than the ROTF jetfire does on Prime...

Jetfires face epitomizes everything I hate about Baysformers.

And if screen accuracy isn't a biggie there's also this. Looks like it approximates the Amazon/DA-15 Jetwing OP setup fairly closely, though whether it clips on securely is debatable.

Personally I opted to ditch the day-glo gatlin guns in favour for some aftermarket armaments. Jetwing Prime guards the stack of SA forms on my desk rather effectively now.

RK has it for $60...which would be $90 after shipping.

But yeah, at that price for what is essentially bits of Jetfire I might as well get the actual figure.

True and agreed. Honestly if the Jetfire figure didn't exist I'd todally get the add-on, but I'd rather have a proper figure and I'm sort of trying to avoid 3P stuff now if I can help it. It gets way too out of hand and I just have to say no to all the little $30 add-on kits I sorta want. It adds up.

Wow, $192 or $300 for a ROTF leader class Jetfire??? The hell? i mean really?

How could jetfire be worth that much? He wasn't rare at the time or anything so why the huge secondary prices now? generally i would expect movie figures to drop in prices but this is really odd.

Anyone have any ideas?
