C'mon Chris, that's completely different. Redesign =/= quick cameo. Anyway, he's probably already in judging by the news published a few weeks ago. I wouldn't worry much about it.

I'll point your attention to this...

I would say that someone cares about this and they feel it's important. The point of a petition is that if you support it you sign it. If you don't you don't sign it. The importance of a petition's topic is judged by the outcome of that petition. So far about 1300 other people agree that it's important.

Let's face it there are far more seemingly ridiculous petitions on Change.org that actually have far more support. I'm not going to judge them if someone believes in them.

Now people who Petition the Obama administration via their official website to build a DeathStar and other things that venture on lunacy. Yeah, I can agree with your point.
