I'm trying to mount Megatron on the wall

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can mount Masterpiece Megatron to the wall? It has the JustIToys kit upgrade and I'm just looking for something a little more sophisticated than nails.

Depends. Do you want the mounts to be visible or not? Also depends how often you might take it down.

I'm all for low tech, cheap solutions. You could use a simple, small vinyl coated bike hook or you could use fishing wire to hang it from the ceiling or even afix it to the wall.

I'll probably take it down 4 times a year to show it off to friends.

I would use screw hooks (shaped like a L, similar to bike hooks ) or a couple nails sloped up. ( No don't nail into megs even though it's a POS )

Funny... I am looking to do the exact same thing. I am just waiting on the upgrade kit to be delivered. I was thinking of trying some picture hanging tape. Not sure how well this would work... I have used some on some framed posters and they work great. Seems very secure. Once up, I have no intention of taking it down.

What mode?

If gun, then I presume you'll have all the attachments on?

If you want it displayed in gun mode, the awesomest would be so have a blue robotic hand (like Soundwave's) as the holding mount.

Tonight I was at Rona and picked up a couple of pieces I thought might work. I didn't have Megatron with me so I had to guess on sizing.

First I picked up these for $5:



Then I also grabbed these which look much nicer but I wasn't sure they would fit. They were about $6 for a pack of 2:



They ended up working perfectly! I haven't mounted it on the wall yet but here it is on the floor with the hooks in place:

I think I've had my MP-05 in gun mode maybe three times in total. It's quite a sight to behold with the 3P stock and silencer attached. But when I started losing small chunks of plastic here and there I've kept Megs in robot mode ever since. Here's hoping Apollyon is more user friendly.
