i think it's got to be $26 for Cyberton Primus at Winners, but the $40 DVD masterpiece prime from the same chain is up there too, as well as the $2 Cybertron Deluxe Munkky OP from the Bay.

I bought a collection of G1 figures including Fort Max near complete, Sky Lynx, lots of combiners, and tons of misc bots for $260 just over a year ago from a guy that lives 5 minutes from my house. The collection was worth like 2 grand easy.

In the past couple years( I'm a newbie) all my great deals have come from Thrift Shops. I think the best deal I had was four G1 Constructicons, G1 Wheelie and G1 Nosecone for about $9 grand total.

I was also very happy with the G1 Grimlock and G1 Slag I got this past weekend. $20 Each, no weapons but otherwise in good shape. Thought it was a great deal cosidering the Ebay prices I've seen for them in similar condition.

When I started my alternator collection a few months back with that sale at Walmart Square 1 @ $9.99 each...saving about $20x6figs.=$120

WST Grimlock for $15 total

Most BW I know, but most of my collection is BW and Movie but my Movie toys were almost all bought from stores.

Nothing extremely hot for me yet, maybe I can find better deals later.

EDIT: Forgot location, I got Optimal Optimus and WST Grimlock on eBay. The rest were from other TF forums.

-I got few weeks ago beast war magnaboss (missign two parts to form the wapon) and transmetal waspinator ( missing one small wing and sword) in a bag marked 5.99 at Value village.
-When I bought 20th anniversary prime in 2004 it was in a 50% sale at Toysrus I paid 49.99 + taxes and it was the beginning of my collection.
-I got classic devastator for 56$ including shipping on ebay.
