Takara Tomy was not shipping to any retailers outside of Japan.
if you can get from a Japanese based retailer than do so. if you're relying on retailers outside of Japan having this product -it's a bit of a crap shoot. Any stores in the US caught selling this product will likely face legal consequences.
That pretty much sums it up.

Hope you get yours, Laffy. For myself, the only reason I'd ever 'want' one is from the controversy its generating. But then, this is how we get Great White Buffaloes...good luck! I'm sure ebay will be flooded with sky-high prices on this guy for years to come.

Yup. With the preorder discount, they were both 4550 Yen on AE.
