Re: Scale difference in the same line?

The new MPs (MP-10 upward) are supposed to be in correct scale.

The biggest problem with TFs is scale in general. It's my pet peeve but scale was something the G1 cartoon ever took into consideration to begin with. The toys also have to contend with scale while in robot mode and scale while in vehicle mode.

The TF Prime line is pretty good for scale in bot mode but the vehicle scales are out of whack. I guess you can't have both.

Re: Scale difference in the same line?

Man, this problem with scale really annoys me. I mean, Rollout Command Optimus Prime is really out of scale with Activators Megatron.

:P

Anyways, mass changing is always a problem, and being able to fit transformation mechanics. And then there's retail class sizes and sales figures to worry about.

For Prime Arcee, the Deluxe and Cyberverse actually do a good job of mass shifting to match the show's scale. The Cyberverse is just slightly larger scale than what the human figures could ride, while the robot mode is fairly accurate for Arcee's robot mode compared to the human figures.

Not perfect, but a "logical" fix.
