Pretty sure they bumped them before xmas, bumped them again when Hasbro announced price increases and now just again.

Unless I'm remembering it wrong ... but I do remember thinking our prices already increased when Hasbro made the announcement, and then bitching to friends they went up again!

Yeah this is 2 quick jumps @ TRU.

Leaders were $69.99 for a while, then $72.99. Then up to $79.99 @ TRU only before Christmas, and now $84.99 there.

TRU T-Wrecks came out at $72.99 and I just saw my old receipt which has expired. I never had an opportunity to get it on sale over the past 3 months (unless you had one of those coupons around Christmas) with their sales always using the 'TFs for $X and under' phrasing.

They seem to be a TRU thing for now. They changed ownership recently, this may be to that effect.

Whatever, I'll just buy from elsewhere and if TRU gets a wave I can't find anywhere especially, I'll just exchange those toys with others of the same SKU bought at an other store for less.

Wasn't moving at $73, probably going to shelf-warm permanently now.

I saw the price increases today at TRU Hilda, it's true, all of it...

Not only Hasbro, but also saw some playmates TMNT stuff go up a few bucks
