Any QA Issues with TRU MP Soundwave?

There were quite a few QA issues with MP-10 (index fingers falling off, pieces not closing together propery...etc.). Takara MP Soundwave and cassettes had a few QA issues as well (screws on the cassettes scratching the figure during transformation, Soundwave during transformation would scratch the paint...etc.). Seems like quite a few boardies have gotten the TRU MP Soundwave and no peeps about any QA issues. Just wanted to start a thread and see if anyone's having problems or if their figures are perfect.

I think you mean QC, as in Quality Control.

To answer the question, the only I've seen reported is that Laserbeak and Buzzsaw's engine fins can be kind of tight, and a few people have broken them off during transformation.

That's exactly what happened to my Takara MP Laserbeak. The damn fin piece was so tight it literally snapped the plastic at the joint during a transformation.

Hoping to get MP Laserbeak only off eBay for like $30-$40 bucks eventually.

I've opened up 2 now and have seen some minor paint blemishes here and there. The pointing finger could be a problem as it easily pops off.

The cassettes seem to be ok but yes the LB and BS engine parts can be a little tight.
