Managed to pick up SS Blitzwing, Scrapper, and Skipjack for $30 each! Had to go to 3 different locations near me, but was worth it...

Was able to pre-order Sunstreaker and Trailbreaker.
No sign of Sandstorm or Rotorstrom yet. Sandstorm is probably sold our permanently.

Sandstorm is due out in December. You may still be able to order one in store SKU# 756280. Rotorstorm however came out weeks ago at EB and I think just recently popped up at TRU.ca so maybe check the Toysrus.ca Transformers Sightings thread for more details.

Crap. So is this price increase for Deluxe and Core size permanent?
The $10 increase from POTP to Siege was justified because of the awesome Takara Tomy transformations. But Kingdom uses the tried and true Ball Joints for the Core class. How can you justify the $2 bump?
