I kinda want to sell my Takara version. The Hasbro is nice enough and I find I never display the trailer from the Takara set.

Have Takara and Hasbro. Never tried to transform it but both are great display piece. Kinda wish that they do make Hotrod and Rodimus as a separate piece.

I saw one at a local store a few weeks ago. Since it was already open, the owner of the store took it out of the package so that I could get a good look at it. It was a gorgeous figure but I would be scared to transform it. It looked so fragile. I decided to pass, even though he would have made a fantastic piece in display with my 3H wreckers crew.

I think a must have for any MP collection. It's beautiful! I have the Hasbro version and the Black version as well.

Both never transformed, as they are fantastic pose able non-transforming toys! I've changed out the knees on the black version, Very easy to swap out!

I have both Takara & Hasbro and have never had an issue with either. I want to get the MP-09B but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Still debating since he would run me about $230 from what I have seen

I have both, my takara is Rodimus and hasbro is Hotrod. Too bad Hotrod is not more in scale with the other car bots. I would consider a 3P version of Hotrod.

Have the Hasbro version and transformed it once. No desire to do it again. Or any desire to get the Takara version. He looks good standing there holding the Matrix though.

Also, had to exchange my Hasbro one becuz the first one broke at the knee.

I have Hasbro Rodimus plus all his Takara accessories so I have the best of both worlds IMHO. Not much fun to transform but looks amazing in every mode. I just wish I had the chrome wheels that TT Rodimus has. Nothing broken yet but one leg panel likes to fall off. Had to shave tabs in his back and use the floor polish technique to get his backpack to stay put. Spent $230 Cdn altogether and I have no regrets.
