Re: Masterpiece Megatron V2 Official Images

I'm going to laugh when everyone is complaining about customs seizing their orderes that ship here with no barrel plugs. Also going to laugh when everyone who has all their money tied up in these things and are still waiting for nothing as reviewers all over youtube are getting mad at the design.

On another note, I still can't get over just how well made my DX9 mightron is. Hot damn is this guy ever a solid figure. And very well priced too I might add.

I don't remember if I sent note to them before or they just did it for me, since I bought from AE for over 2 years. But there is no harm send them a notice to make sure, right?

I've imported maybe 5 boxed g1 megs without barrel plug and never had a problem. G1 megs is the "gunniest" looking toy imo.
Also we don't know if mp megs will be boxed in bot or gun mode

It seems to be that the bigger the centre your living in, the higher the odds of getting dinged. Maybe try getting a P.O. Box in White Rock and see what happens.

On the Island, I have never been hit with fees on any shipment from Japan (Canada Post) and every shipment from the US (USPS/Fedex).

AE looks to be around $230 CAD shipped.

What is this low declaration thing you speak of? I plan on buying Megs from AE but I've never used the site, and if low declaration can save me some money I'm all ears.

In a nutshell, some buyers send a note to AE asking them to mark the declared value of the item as much lower than it actually is, thereby avoiding customs charges.

Not exactly the most honest approach, but some people seem to rely heavily on it.

^^ well they seem to indiscriminately charge or not charge duty depending if said customs officer had pee in their cornflakes or not so I don't have a problem with a lower declaration.

You should contact cbsa and pay them for the times they didn't charge when they should have, if you want to take the moral highground

It is not about moral high ground - what if the figure were damaged, say, by CanadaPost at the last leg and you weren't be reimbursed in full because of the low declaration value?

CAD$230 shipped is not bad. Cheaper than Stomp $245; more than Apollyon $180.
